- The 29th International Symposium “Deltas and Wetlands” 2022
BEIA Consult participated in The 29th International Symposium “Deltas and Wetlands” 2022 on 1-5 June 2022 in Tulcea, Romania.
The Danube Delta National Institute for Research and Development (DDNI) was established in 1970 and its main objective is conducting fundamental and applied research for scientific support of the management of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve (DDBR) and other wetland areas of national and international interest, with particular focus on biodiversity conservation and sustainable use.

- High-Tech Summit for the Black Sea
Adriatic project was disseminated online in the High-Tech Summit for the Black Sea on 27-28 September 2022 by BEIA Consult International.
Under the umbrella of the H2020 funded BRIDGES BS, the Blue Economy High-Tech 4 the Black Sea is a large research-based Black Sea forum on ocean digitalization and Industry 4.0 across academia, research organizations, investors, industry, and society at large.

- ARA EXPOAPA 2022
BEIA took part in ARA EXPOAPA 2022 on 28th-30th of September 2022. We participated as an exhibitor and we disseminated all the projects related to the domain, like Adriatic project.

- BLUE-GREENWAY Open Day Event in Romania
BEIA organized on the 18th of October 2022 an Open Day Event in Romania to introduce the BLUE-GREENWAY project and discuss more about eutrophication in Romania and other projects, like ADRIATIC.

- ERA-Net MarTERA Fall Meeting 2022
BEIA had the opportunity to present 3 projects in MarTERA Fall Meeting 2022 on 25-27 October 2022. Adriatic, PIMEO-AI and iPREMAS were the presented projects with a separate power point for each other.

BEIA participated as exhibitor in GoTech World 2022, the largest B2B conference & expo in Central and Eastern Europe on 3-4 November 2022 and had the opportunity to disseminate the ADRIATIC project.

Hannover Messe – 17-21 April 2023 in Hannover, Germany
BEIA has always been at the forefront of research and development in cutting-edge fields such as smart cities, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity. With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, BEIA views Hannover Messe 2023 as a prime opportunity to demonstrate its latest projects and engage with stakeholders in meaningful ways. It was a great opportunity for our company to disseminate the ADRIATIC project in this event.

BEIA participated in TechExpo 2023 on 26-28 May 2023 in Bucharest, Romania.
Every year, Bucharest Tech Week transforms Bucharest into the international capital of technology.
For a whole week, the biggest technology festival in Romania brings together all tech enthusiasts, from entrepreneurs, business people, students and any lover of innovation and technology.

BLUE-GREENWAY Living Lab Romania event in Bucharest at BEIA’s headquarters
On 25th of May 2023, BEIA Consult International organized the Launch Event of the BLUE-GREENWAY Living Lab in Romania. The event was hybrid and the agenda was full of interesting presentations. The presentation of ADRIATIC project was also part of the Blue-Greenway Living Lab event’s agenda.
- Participation in Water resources and wetlands (WRW2023) Conference
BEIA participated in 6th International Hybrid Conference “Water resources and wetlands” on 13-17 September 2023 in Tulcea, Romania. The goal was to offer participants a meeting place where experience and knowledge can be shared and exchanged, whether they are researchers, private companies or government institutions (central or local), in order to come up with solutions for the issues facing each of these stakeholders.
It was a great opportunity for our team to disseminate the ADRIATIC project.
3SI Three Seas Initiative Business Forum
BEIA participated on 6-7 September 2023 in the Summit of the Three Seas Initiative (3SI) and the 3SI Business Forum, organized by the Romanian Presidential Administration and the Romanian Government, through the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. BEIA discussed with participants in the networking sessions and disseminated the ADRIATIC project and its benefits.
Participation in EUVIP 2023
11th European Workshop on Visual Information Processing (EUVIP 2023) held in Gjøvik, Norway from September 11th to 14th. NTNU presented a scientific article and a dissemination paper on the project results and impact.
- Blue-Greenway Open Day – 19th of October 2023
• Open Day Event – October 19, 2023, organized by BEIA for introducing the BLUE-GREENWAY project
• Discussions on eutrophication in the country.
• Event featured speakers directly associated with the project who provided insights into its objectives, eutrophication concerns, pilot programs, and the corresponding treatment methodologies.
• Several speakers from outside of the project presented their take on the eutrophication issues present in Romania.
- Participation in GoTech World 2023
BEIA participated in GoTech World 2023 as exhibitor on 8-9th of November 2023 at Romexpo in Bucharest, Romania. The Adriatic project was disseminated during the event with all participants.

- ARA AquaREC Conference 2023 – The Role of Circular Economy on the Water Sector in Romania
BEIA is pleased to share our recent participation in the ARA AquaREC Conference held in Bucharest, Romania, addressing “The Role of Circular Economy on the Water Sector in Romania.”
On November 29, 2023, we engaged in insightful discussions about the profound impact of the Circular Economy on Romania’s water sector.
BEIA presented and disseminated the Adriatic initiatives with all participants.
Participation in Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda Stakeholder Conference 2023
We are thrilled to share that BEIA Consult International was an active participant at the Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda Stakeholder Conference 2023 held on 22-23 November. Our team took the opportunity to contribute and disseminate valuable insights on European projects related to this crucial maritime agenda. The Adriatic project was disseminated during the event.
Participation in Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec
BEIA participated on 11-13th of April in Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec at Romexpo, Bucharest. The Adriatic project was disseminated during the event with all participants.
- Participation in PoliFest 2024
Another day, another opportunity to participate in a great event – PoliFest, in order to present and disseminate our projects as exhibitor. The Adriatic project was disseminated during the event on 18-20 April 2024 in Buchares, Romania.
- Participation in Agriplanta 2024
BEIA participated in Agriplanta 2024 as exhibitor on 23-26 May 2024 in Fundulea, Bucharest. Agriplanta-Romagrotec means: field exhibition; demonstration plots; demonstrations with agricultural machinery.
Farmers find here not only quality equipment but also successful models of using agricultural machinery and equipment, inputs, or solutions prepared by companies in the field.
The Adriatic project was disseminated during the event.
