It was born from a request made by the Association of Pharmacists of Madrid (Adefarma), which perceived a problematic situation: medicine supply issues were affecting pharmacists, distributors, and patients. Of our partners, 50% are part of the pharmaceutical sector. They are the ones in charge of marking the directives that the tool must follow according to the established rules.
